Plans we accept

We accept Original Medicare, most Medicare Advantage plans, and Texas Medicaid. Not sure what your loved one has? Call us with the insurance card in hand — we'll figure it out together.

What we bill

For each visit, we bill the Medicare or insurance plan directly. The nursing home's daily rate is separate and not affected by us.

What you might owe

Some Medicare plans ask for a small copay (often $10–$20). If that applies to your loved one, we'll tell you before we bill anything.
