The referral SLA

1. Step 1. Call (832) 981-6754 or fax/Direct your records (address on request).
2. Step 2. We see the patient within 48–72 hours of admission to the facility.
3. Step 3. Note back to your inbox within 5 business days.

Direct & fax

We use Direct secure messaging and accept fax for offices that prefer it. Email DrJian@JourneyMedicalGroup.com with your office NPI and we'll send our Direct address and dedicated fax line.
